Can't get the diesels in the USA.

I've got an 05 and I deleted the rear muffler and added a 2" lift from DAP Inc.

City I've been getting about 16-17 city and highway is anywhere between 19-24

The reason it ranges from 19-24 is because I live in Texas and for daytime driving on I-10 I get no less than 19, sometimes 21 depending on wind, and 24 at night time because the speedlimit slows from 80 to 65. I normally speed during the daytime so I was getting 19 at 90-95 mph.
