Default Lift kit and tiresssss......

Ello ello, how everyone doing? I bought a 2004 Disco SE on October and I am looking to get about a 2" lifter from Rovertym (just because I have heard they are good quality and they are actually a little bigger then stated), and am curious of a few other things...First off, what else will I need besides just the springs and shocks?

Secondly, I have stock 18 inch-er's right now and would like to keep them. So what kind of tires offer good traction in slippery environments (snow, ice, rain, mud, gravel, etc..) like it is 300 days out of the year here in the Puget Sound. But they also need to be comfortable while driving down the highway at 60+. I was thinking about either the Toyo Open Country AT (seem like the most practical and popular) or the BF Goodrich T/A KO's...First off I don't actually know the tire size for the stock 18" wheels, and how large can I got with a 2" lift. Thanks all!
