p76rangie Ian Matthews Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Melbourne Australia Posts: 1,814 Gallery: 0	Most likely the wire going to the switch on the transfer case is shorting out. The plastic on the wriring goes brittle over the years and it does not take much to crack it and bear a wire.
