Default Dashboard Christmas Lights

Hi, I just bought a box of wires. A 1997 RR 4.6HSE w/45k miles on it. However, it is a puzzle. When the battery is hooked up ALL of the warning lights run as well as a ventilation fan. This is without the key in the ignition
When the key is inserted and turned, the beep beep beep sounds and then changes a little but continues. The Gauges do not function at all-all pegged on zero. The message center display does not function. The suspension lights flash and then go steady while the suspension stays slammed on the bump stops. The passenger seat is removed exposing the BECM. I checked the ignition switch and it acts the same with the switch unplugged. I pulled the becm cover and boards. No sign of damage or heating whatsoever. I can pull connector C256 or C258 and the lights go out. I can pull the main ground wire off of the BECM and there is still 12V between the empty lug and the + bat wires. The vehicle starts and runs, locks, sunroof, seats, wipers alarm, ac and transmission all function. Any ideas? I am thinking that either one of the mosfets in the BECM is bad or there is a ground wire that is hardwired or perhaps a bad cluster or bad becm
