oil light blinks for a few seconds...
MY oil light blinks for about 10 seconds when starting in the morning, mornings are cold about 10 degrees F . i drained the 10 w40 out and replenished it with some mobil 1 of a lesser viscosity, which seemed to help the problem but it still blinks on the first cold start of the day after that it doesn't do it. till tommorrow. i put a bosch filter on and before that i had a napa gold before that a cooper. i wonder if getting a filter with a check valve will do it. with the cooper filter i never had this...of course it was summer too.Anything to worry about?
