Bleh, that's nothing, I can fit my foot through the hole on the driver side of my 90... its a cut and reweld in the future... as long as the frame and bulkhead are in good condition, you're good to go!
Lucky you live in GA and have some nice weather year round! Unfortunately I bought my 90 right when it was starting to get cold, so I gotta wait to spring til I start my restorations.
