Default Clutch Bleeding. Simple isn't it?

Hi I have been having troubles with replacing my clutch fluid in Discovery I Deisel. I have romved the fluid and replaced it following the manuals recommendations but still no pedal pressure. I have done this to other cars but this time its not working out. There is just no pressure at all. Both slave and master were OK beforehand.

Is a pressure bleeder required for Disco?. Can one be improvised I have access to compressed air and NPT pipe fittings etc. Has anyone seen this please?

Regards.
