Im in the same boat
Land Rover in England used to sell an accual Genuine winch mount that mounted the winch pretty well like the G4's.
I've yet to see a place or a vehicle in the western hemisphere with one. (Other than a G4).
If anyone knows where to get one, please speak up.
Theres also:
Hiddin Winch mount which goes up into the airdam and theres a few other out front ones that I've seen photos of.
