I would have to agree with JC putting your winch down that low and tucked inside the bumper like that is asking for trouble. I would be more inclined to go with the one in the pic he posted. Easier to get to for use and service.
I have heard also that the ARB bumpers are not as strong as they look but I have no first hand experience so it's all just rumor to me at this point.
If I need a bumper I'll break out the welder and see what I can come up with lol.
Funny part is I have a winch mount for the RRC but no winch.
