The Borg Warner will work with the Disco ZF HP22. As far as the engine management stuff is concerned, only 1994 and 1995 DI's used the Lucas 14CUX EFI System which is what all the RRC's used from 1990 through 1995. The DI 3.9L in 1994 had the v-belt setup which is compatible with later RRC's while the DI in 1995 had the serpentine belt arramgement just like the 1995 RRC.
CV's and swivel balls from mid year 1993 on are the same in the RRC as what you would find in the DI. You'll know whether they are compatible by whether or not you have 24 spline diffs and axles on your RRC. The front prop shafts are not interchangeable as the Borg Warner transfer case uses a shorter one than the LT230.
The rear diffs with the three bolt rotoflex flanges are the same on the last of the RRC's and almost all (except the XD) DI's. Otherwise, the RRC's (SWB) had the desireable four bolt flange at the rear. The rear axles are interchangrable from mid 1993 on.
On the interior there is less that is interchangeable if you are talking about RRC's before 1995. DI's in '94 and '94 used the same alarm ecu as the later RRC's but from 1996 on they were completely different. The window lift ECU is only interchangeable on DI's with the 1995 RRC. The same it true of most of the switches and controls. The HVAC is entirely different.
Without a doubt I've left out way more than I've listed regarding interchangeability and compatibility. If you have a specific question post up and I'm sure someone will reply in even greater detail.
