dirty switches??? try to do a search on cleaning the contacts of the seat switches... guess its a mess when you open them, springs and ball bearings everywhere. I would first try spraying some electrical contact cleaner and wiggle thoes buttons like crazy, then see if they work, if it does, then there just dirty.... if you do open them up, do it in a "fish bowl" or on top of a towel so the balls and springs dont fly away.
