I've only ever heard and seen good things about the TSLs. Most of the trucks I wheel with run them.
As a side note, I wanted to get 35"+ tires for my Rover and decided to stick to 33"s for now... I regret it soooo much now, I could easily run some bigger ones in there. Oh well, next summer I guess.
As far as bias ply vs. radial ply, if you're gonna mostly trailer your truck around it doesn't make too much difference. Otherwise, radials that big will be eaten by pavement in no time.
