You can't even run a 12" safely on a stock RRC alloy. Your best bet would be to buy a set of wolf steelies from RoversNorth in Vt. Then get a weld on, do it yourself beadlock kit, and have a competent welder install them. Then you can run 12-12.5's. For thirteens, you are going to have to get custom made aftermarket wheels, and most likely beadlocks, for safety. For mud in New England, I would rather have tall and skinny. I would go with the tires KevinNY suggested, or a 35-36, x 10.5-11.5 on a 8" wide rim. Then beadlock would be optional for performance, instead of mandatory for safety. Also , remember that a narrow tire will stuff easier at full articulation, and require much less cutting of the wheelwells.
