Open the hood, start the engine and when it is warm, run the RPM's up to around 2500 and see if you hear it.
Could be a bearing, either the idler bearing or the belt tensioner along with the belty or it could be an exhaust leak from a blown head gasket. Need to find it before it becomes worse.
