It ran very well for a while, but out on the trails one day it died on me. Wouldnt start back up, and my buddy had to pull me off the trail and back home. Turned out the oil pump had shattered into many pieces and had physically locked up the engine.
In my repeated attempts to crank it back up before i knew the problem, i killed the starter by slamming it against an locked up flywheel too many times. I also killed the alternator in the process. Yay for new parts! At least i have a lifetime warranty on these two parts now so if i ever have to replace them again, no matter the reason, it is free.
Now that that whole issue is worked out, its once again chugging along. Happy as could be.
