The diff should look much different if the toyota swap was done, as should the pumpkin cover (diff face). I could be wrong though. I wouldnt worry too much about the 24 spline axle, They are very simple to convert over and too be honest the cross shaft in a stock diff will usually grenade before the axles do. You could fit later model traction control (4pin) carriers in it and then the 24 splines would be better probably, at least in the rear. The fronts neck down to 1 inch anyway so they arent really an improvement over the 10 splines. I personally prefer the good ole 10 splines, they are pretty strong for what we see in Florida. In 10 years of offroading, most of them on 33 inch tires, and the last few locked with ARBs (I did put another set of axles just in case and used my old ones for spare), I have yet to break an 10 spline. Of course, we wheel mostly mud and I dont abuse it, but they arent that bad. Gordo
