Default Another cooling question. Sorry

When I bought the 2000 Range 4.6 a few weeks ago the coolant level was about 2 inches below the full line when cold. I drove it for about a week and it never went below that level. I added more coolant and I checked again a week later and it is at about the same level (2" below the full line) It doesn't seem to drop past that and I don't know where it is going. I don't see any leaks, no wet carpet, dip stick and cap look good no condensation. Any ideas?
