Front axle, all the steering components have to be modified.
Axle casings have to be reinforced to accept the leaf springs (no mounts on the defender axles), remove the mounts for the coils, install shock mounts on the casings....
Rear axle, remove sway bar fittings.

And that is just what I can come up with off the top of my head.

What is the purpose of this? if you are going to put defender axles under, most do it so they have coils, not just leafs. If it is for the disc breaks then you probably would be better going with a disk brake conversion (ROcky Mountain makes one)
