I had to put 7" front shackles in order to almost level out my 109. the front still sits a 1/2 " low. But I have disco axles under it and the original cause for the lift was to prevent my diff from hitting the engine mount. I would guess you could add a couple inches to the shackles without too much trouble. The rear is a different story, as your steering is not affected, you can do as much as the drive shaft will take.
