I have a few things to try after some searching
Bleeding it seems to be more of a clutch sticking thing.. but I'll try it..
That and adjusting the jam nuts in the clutch master cylinder.
INterestingly enough.. from pushing on the clutch.. I really didn't expect it to be hydraulic. Its pretty darn firm.
