Don't worry about bringing it to the dealer for a fix. If you just had it serviced, and they didn't fix the issue that they said they would, the service manager will send a flat bed out for it. Just call, ask to talk to the SM, and explain very politely the issue. Drop in nonchalantly, that you don't think LRNA would want to replace an engine under warranty that should not have a problem since it just got its 40k service; and I'm sure he'll VOLUNTEER the flatbed, as well as them providing a loaner for you as well.
