If you are thinking about going cheap and using 2" spacers only on top of your old warn out suspension, this is a huge mistake. The end result will be like driving a top heavy brick off road, go can't throw spacers on with your old warn out coils, it just doesn't work.
By the way, what year is your D2?
Might want to look under your hood before your order any of these performance parts, you don't have a distributor and don't need a ignition amplifier, you have a coil pack. Buy yourself a set of Magnecore 8 mm wires and either a set of Platinum Champions or some Plus 4's. By the way, do you have secondary air, if so the plug wires will be even harder to replace but can be done with out removing the intake.
Consider flushing the engine and doing an induction cleaning to improve the performance.
As for the dual battery set up, D2's have plenty of room, here is a shot of mine, shout if you have any questions.
