When you are decideing on suspension set it up for how you will drive 90% of the time. No good having soft springs for flex offroad if you carry heaps of wieght the majority of the time on road, likewise can't get heavy duty springs to carry a lot of wieght and expect them to flex up great.
Proberly the best compromise is to put medium springs and polyair bags, this will mean that you can set it up for what you are doing at the time, less wieght let the air out and decent ride and flex, more weight more air and retain ride quality. Go for reasonably firm springs at the front( not harse though) as this makes a big difference when going down steep hills, and won't really effect front end flex that much.
Either way though OME is damm good stuff.
