Ive liked the SLS, (got some bags with a lifetime warranty from arnott), but I know a lot of people have gone to coils. If this is not your trail rig, Id stick with the SLS.
I was into performance cars before I got the disco, so I understand the want to "upgrade" there, but go ahead and put the "engine performance" thoughts to rest. The best you can hope for is to keep it running as it did from the factory. These engines just don't breathe well enough to gain anything there.
