I'm very sad to admit it...that is the one thing I've had to take mine to the Bham dealer for. I cursed all the way there and all the way back
and they ripped me a new one with the bill, but I was trying to change my oil and well.......kinda hard to do when you can't get the hood open. I couldn't find anyone else in town that could help me out.
Maybe someone will have some more tips cuz I only knew of the pliers.
