I know nothing of the Dunlop's, but my buddy has the Destination MT's in a 31 inch tire on his jeep. They were fairly quiet when he first got them but now after a couple of years, they have gotten pretty loud. I think he has not rotated them as faithfully as he should though. They do great in snow he says and I have been with him off-roading and they kick ass. Of the group we have gone out with in the past, his tires did the best in the mud.

Because of the compound they are made of (they are not siped) are supposed to do great in wet weather on the street.
