These 2 lights are unrelated. the SRS light is Supplemental Restraint System, which is your airbags. It is quite common for this system to need some service, or parts replacement in this old a vehicle.
The Anti-Lock brake light can be due to several things, but I'll bet it is the wheel sensors. You can do a search and find out the correct test procedures, but sometimes just unplugging and replugging all the wheel sensors, reseating the in-line plugs will make this work again. Each wheel has a speed sensor, and these have integral wires leading to plugs. The front sensors have plugs that are located inside the engine compartment above each wheel near the shock towers. The rear plugs are located above the differential on the underside of the body. The anti-lock light should go off when you drive forward and your speed gets above 5 mph, and should stay off until you park and kill engine.
