It will have a 3.9L if it is not a LWB and a 4.2L if it is. I would say 1800 is fair if everything works and the only thing wrong is the rust/ interior. I paid 3250 for my '95 LWB with 119K on the clock but it had a rebuilt motor and no visible rust. keyword visible.
