Land rover is a truly global vehicle, it's the first vehicle that 60% of the worlds population ever saw and 70% of every Landrover ever made is still on the road today. It was designed from the outset to go anyware and back and that design ideal has not really changed even though they are now better on road. when you buy a land rover your your not joining a club but a community you can always expect to get help from a fellow rover owner weakness's are not that different to any other mechanical thing stuff breaks if you don't care for it, but generally rovers will keep going with minor issues till somthing catasrophic happens, lesser vehicles would have already stopped and there owner fixed a minor issue this can lead some to think that Land rovers break down in a major way when really they have just been neglected.
But in a nut shell they are simply the best offroad vehicle in the world bar none.
