As long as you're not drivin your rover like a sports car you will, because the KN also provides Low End power, and you'll feel that when passing on the highway or acc. on the entry ramps or anything that requires the pedal to be pushed.
Redline, I got mine at Advanced Auto Parts...$8 for the bottle. It cleans, tank, lines, and injectors, allowing the fuel system to work at Optimal. With the tank full, pour 1 bottle for every 4 times you fill it up( <continously, if you're not planning on doing that, then 1 bottle on a full tank will work for some time)
