The winch will have poor quality internals. This means that it can let go at anytime. So don't put yourself in a situation where your safety is dependant on the winch working or holding the vehicle.
It should be Ok for winching yourself out of a snow drift.
The design of the mount will act like a shovel if you go off road. It will most likely get ripped off the vehicle. It has no upward or downward support. I can't tell what you have the tray connected to or with what. But if it is only the small bars that can be seen disappearing into the bumper, I would think that it is structurally underdone.
Finally, you should make sure that you wind your cable on properly. The way you have it in the pictures will cause damage to the cable and runs the risk of failure when in use. But on the bright side, I think the rest of the winch and mount will give way before the cable.
