The front spoiler is on held on by like 8 nuts I think (someone correct me) and 4 screws that attach to the and caps. Then the End-Caps are the ones that you cut... I did mine not too long ago...
Do you have fog lights at the bottom too? If not then you're fine, if you do, you might have to cut the wires.
