You can usually get good treadwear from wintertires in the summer. Problem with our trucks is they weigh 2 tons. That puts ALOT more wear on winter tires in the summer.
I would recommend nothing less than a Blizzack if your looking for a winter rubber. Bit pricey but f-me do they work.
