no its an sIII 88" I have registrations going back to the early 90s, its been a 2590xxx5B manufactured 7-73 since then.
At this point it doesn't matter if its accurate or not, just that it matches what is on the vehicle, and in the computer and not reported stolen. Its been "verified", its golden for the state of hawaii.
Now if for some reason that isn't a series III, I'm interested, but the state of hawaii need not be involved. But i'm pretty sure it matches up with this:
