If I've read all the posts correctly, the largest tire you can fit would be about a 31" dia. On a 16" rim thats a 245/75R16, I'll leave it to you to convert that to an 18" riim size.
You will have to turn your stops out...the wider you go, the more you will reduce your turning radius. You are probably going to want to look for some wheel spacers too.
