Default coil spring conversion 95RRC LWB

I have read a few past posts on this topic...and of course there are varying opinions. I would like to do a conversion soon and have some questions:

There are several coil spring kits out there; what do you recommend for my Rover? I would like to keep the rotoflex so I heard that a 2" lift is the max I can do and keep this coupling?? True?? I see that DAP has kits, Rovers North, Atlantic British, Motorcars Ltd, etc. I have the stock tire size on my Rover now but would get larger tires in the future (these tires are 3 years old)

Do instructions come with these kits on disabling the EAS ECU (just unplug it so no lights on the dash??)??

My ROver is pretty much on paved roads 90% of the time, trail 10%, 20 max.
