31" to 32" overall rolling diameter, as previously posted. Since you are not off-roading at all, you'd be safe with 32" overall. You don't really want to go wider than 11.5", or you're turning radius will be horrible. Go to any tire manufacturer's website, and you can pull up the specs for their 18" fitments. Also you'll be able to find which fitment in this range is appropriate on a 9" wide rim.
