Unless you are running 1000hp on a mud dragster and just need to throw a lot of mud backwards to go forwards.

I'm not a mudder so I run a 11.2" wide soon to be 12.5" wide tire.

Looks like you're getting close to needing HD axles... just do it!
i completely forgot about camel trophy!!! i have all there youtube vids.. and your absolutely right now that i think of it.. Thanks guys

also.. is it expensive to upgrade to hd axles, hd cv, and hd driveshaft? just wondering for the future..

i also see a 285/70/r17 km2 (33in : /) .. which is a bit taller than the 305's and my current 285 tire but it isnt 12in width. just 11.22(same that i have now) but since its a 33... idk.. ill look into another tire.

daniel, i would love to throw a beastly tire on top of my roofrack

and yeah 305 is pretty wide.. when i come back home we should go riding sometime, you can teach me some things!

so you think the 245/70/r17 would be best? about 9.64-9.8" wide.. and 30.8" tall.. doesnt sound too bad!
