well first if you have an articulation failure and the heights are screwed up, you only attempt a repgrm once.

and even then you look at the heights, raise the vehicle and check for broken heights. take a look for yourself and see if the height sensors are damaged or broken. if they are I would get my money back. If they are not then you need to check the voltages coming from each and every sensor to see if sensor is the problem or there is a bad wire.

that code is really easy to diagnose if you actually know hte vehicle you are working on.

No offense to the guy who you brought it to but if he doesnt know the sytem he might just charge you to learn it. Dealers dont well the smart techs wont. The idiotic techs that dont actually read the info given to them beforehand will try to.
