my dad has an 06, its not easy to get them to go flat, but it should be too hard. kinda takes some practice, i don't think it should need any WD40 the stuff those seats pivot on are pretty greased up to begin with.
i think you pull the light switch out 1 click or 2 clicks. it doesn't turn to the lights, just pull the knob. go try it!
