I picked up a set of hella 7" headlights with the replaceable bulbs. I have a set of hid's for them I just have bothered with hooking them up. The hid kit cost $70 and the hella's off ebay were $30 so about $100 there.
I have hella 151 driving lights and they have replaceable bulbs but I see no reason to do that to them I'll have enough light once I get around to doing the headlight hid's. The fogs were $35. so it would be about $105 to do those as well.
