Having "VERY LOW COMPRESSION" would have nothing to do with injectors, MAF units, or ECUs.
If had been running lean over a period of time due to the injectors, could have piston damage. The cam may also be the issue leading to low compression, it could be wrong, worn, or have incorrect timing.
