you dont have to pull the intake, they are easy accessible. you have to pull off the bolts to the coil packs and then access the plugs.

the plugs are supposed to be changed at 60k. at 72k the timing belts have to be changed.

the vibration could be the tires or the frt inner cv joints that are bad. If you feel any play in them when you rock them the axle shaft up and down then they are bad. its about eight hundred dollars for one.
