Default springs.

i see a few ways to lift this truck, the two easy ways: spring risers, or expansion stilts(the nut and bolt that spreads the coil. ) but i was hoping to replace the springs all together. i am wondering what is neccessary for this process? is it a one man job or do i need some helpers? also has anyone a good recommendation on some stout aftermarket springs? my only real reason is so i can run 235 85 16 because theres this bitchin hot spring up a huge hill and the four wheelers have this mogul feild i can almost make it with my 225 75 16 but am worried about bottoming out and damaging the diff or something... i think a lift and some bigger tires and we'll be watchin sierra sunsets from the most inaccessible hot spring nightly.
