The brake dust is normal. due to the weight and the design of the brakes you will get more dust and better braking.
The brakes are from Brembo.
honestly just wait till they are down to 2mm. You will only suffer more problems because the vehicle is still new and no one will carry new rotors.
If they arent broke dont try to fix them.
