I don't want to re-start the whole "what oil is best" debate (many opinions there) but the Rotella 15-40 has been consistently the best for the engines I have built with a design like the Rover V8 and it improved the low rpm (hot) oil pressure dramatically. Example: I had a Ken Duttweiler built NHRA Stock Eliminator class Buick turbo V6 (same design/lineage as the rover v8) in my Buick Grand National and any other oil caused unacceptable rocker arm/lifter noise even though pressure/viscosity was within tolerances. I use it in my Rover too, others don't. To each their own, YMMV and my advice is worth exactly what you pay for it!
