Check out ALL the electrical gizmos, they all need to work correctly if you are going to stay sane.
Also the the rear tail gate (upper and lower) tend to have rust issues. Rear floor pan and rear wheel arch (both sides) can rust too. The rear crossmember is a known rust area as is the hood/front wheel arch.
Engine, blocks have a nasty rep of cracking. Head gaskets go fairly often at that kind of mileage (if not before). Find out if it has a service history.
Other than that, seach this forum and you will get a feel for the more common faults with the Range Rover.
I may be wrong about this but I beleive the the County is in the middle of the RRC pecking order, Vogue (top of the line), County (still way too many gizmos) and Hunter (even less gizmos but still too many for me).
