You can access the drain tubes by just removing the headliner. There are plastic clamps that hold the to tubes to the drains. Once you've removed the clamps you can remove the tubes from the drains and blow compressed air down them to hopefully clear them of any blockage.

The sunroof is very heavy, very awkward and really requires an extra set of hands to avoid doing any damage.
