I agree, top deffinately not LR factory.
I always liked that engine, but they will cost alot to keep going. The internet will become your best friend, chasing down parts.
Better get after that rust of the bulkhead. MercedesRover (
www.seriestrek.com)makes and adapter to convert that to a 300 TD MB engine. Nice fit in a 6 cyl truck.
