True it is hard to find them. I would have to consider a few things on those adaptors:

2. How much of a positive offset are you going to end up with? i.e. based on how thick they are, how much are they pushing the rims out of the fender wells? How much added stress is this going to place on the axles/cv's?
You also mention spacers if your thinking spacers and these adaptors you might want to consider finding a way to dummy cord your rims and tires to the truck so when they snap off and roll away they don't go as far
3. Intended use, if your mall crawling with it, those are fine I'm sure. If you intend to go off road I wouldn't run them.
